New England boasts such gracious antique homes, and this circa 1790 home lucked out when it was purchased by my clients! Old homes are not for the weak at heart! The mission was to make it work for this young family while keeping the innate character and inherent beauty in tact. The old dining room had these amazing painted floors, and they were the inspiration for the entire color story!
